About the Company

We are a Singapore-based company engaged in cloud service agency business, including AWS-related services, as well as digital advertising and media buying operations across platforms such as Meta and TikTok.

We are looking for a hands-on Finance Executive / Senior Finance Executive to handle daily accounting, tax filing, financial reporting, banking matters, and cross-border payment support.

Responsibilities

Candidates are expected to:

• Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations;
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports;
• Manage invoices, receipts, payments, expense claims, and vendor statements;
• Support financial operations related to AWS agency business, advertising spending, media buying, and service fee settlements;
• Monitor advertising payment flows, platform top-ups, vendor payments, customer collections, and related reconciliations;
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management;
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing;
• Prepare GST submissions and support corporate tax filing requirements;
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, corporate secretary, and government authorities;
• Maintain proper accounting records and ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS);
• Assist with cross-border payments, multi-currency transactions, and overseas vendor/customer settlements;
• Support bank KYC, AML, source-of-funds documentation, and other compliance requirements when needed;
• Monitor financial transactions and identify discrepancies, irregularities, or unusual payment patterns;
• Support payroll processing and statutory contributions when required;
• Assist management with financial analysis, cost control, and reporting;
• Improve internal controls, accounting processes, and documentation standards.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should preferably possess:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline;
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience in Singapore;
• Ability to independently handle full set of accounts;
• Good knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST regulations, and corporate tax filing process;
• Experience with multi-currency transactions, overseas payments, or cross-border business is preferred;
• Experience in technology, cloud services, digital advertising, media buying, agency business, or internet companies is a plus;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software;
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify transaction discrepancies;
• Good communication and coordination skills;
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks;
• ACCA, CPA, CA Singapore, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with the following experience will be highly preferred:

• Experience working in a Singapore company with overseas business transactions;
• Experience handling AWS, cloud service, SaaS, IT service, or advertising agency accounting;
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Google, or other digital advertising platform payment reconciliation;
• Experience supporting bank compliance, KYC, AML, and source-of-funds documentation;
• Basic understanding of transfer pricing, withholding tax, international tax planning, or cross-border treasury management;
• Experience working with auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretarial firms.

Due to close collaboration with stakeholders and the finance team in China, professional fluency in both English and Mandarin (written & spoken) is strictly required for this role.

The right candidate should be able to independently manage daily finance operations, understand business transactions, support cross-border payment arrangements, communicate with banks and professional service providers, and help management maintain clear, compliant, and efficient financial records.
