Your Key Responsibilities

Full-Set Accounts — Manage full set of accounts (AP/AR/GL), prepare monthly financial reports, balance sheet schedules and cash flow statements [8†L15-L17]

Month-End Closing — Oversee timely month-end and year-end closing processes in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) [1†L36-L39]

Tax Compliance — Handle quarterly GST filings, corporate tax computations, and ensure compliance with IRAS requirements [8†L24-L26]

Audit Coordination — Liaise with external auditors for annual audit and statutory filings with ACRA [8†L21-L24]

Financial Analysis — Review management accounts, perform variance analysis, and support budgeting/forecasting processes [8†L18-L20]

Process Improvement — Support finance-related projects and operational excellence initiatives [9†L42-L44]

What We’re Looking For

Requirements Details

Education Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent

Experience 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience (full-set preferred)

Technical Skills Strong knowledge of SFRS, Singapore tax regulations and GST; proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Xero, QuickBooks)

Soft Skills Detail-oriented, organized, able to meet tight deadlines, good communication skills

Certification CPA / ACCA / CA Singapore is a strong advantage
