Requirements

  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in various cooking techniques and practices; good understanding of food safety and handling; ability to craft creative menus with attention to seasonal ingredients.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Preparation of Western dishes, ensuring meal quality and taste; stock inventory management; adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Working Conditions: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.
