Job Description
Description
- Identify and engage potential clients/customers through research and proactive outreach.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by following up with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit quotations and tenders tailored to customer requirements and project specifications.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries to provide excellent service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of orders and promptly resolve any customer issues.
- Support the sales team with customer inquiries, order processing, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records to ensure data integrity.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
