Job Description
Description
• Develop new products based on development requirements and participate in the improvement of existing products
• Monitor new trends and products in the market
• Control and manage food costs to avoid waste
• Supervise the ordering of food and supplies, inventory management
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in food preparation areas
• Ensure that procedures for supplies, equipment, and work areas comply with safety standards and SOPs
• Oversee daily production and operations in the kitchen, including planning and guiding all food preparation, as well as ensuring adequate staffing requirements are met
• Train kitchen teams to maintain a good understanding of standard food preparation
• Consistently adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in the food and beverage (kitchen) industry
• Proficient in Chinese cuisine or Sichuan cuisine
• Strong initiative and leadership skills, with a spirit of teamwork
• Eager to innovate, with a mature and positive attitude
