Description

• Handle daily administrative tasks, including document organization, meeting arrangements, and office supplies procurement;

• Assist the team with data entry and organization, ensuring information accuracy;

• Assist in organizing and coordinating internal company meetings and events;

• Support the scheduling and other tasks for the manager.


Requirements

Nationality Requirement: Preference will be given to Singapore citizens or permanent residents;

Educational Background: Minimum of a diploma or equivalent qualification;

Work Experience: 1-2 years of administrative or related work experience is preferred;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

• Possess good organizational skills and the ability to complete tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment;

• Careful and responsible, with strong communication and teamwork skills;

• Basic financial knowledge (e.g., expense reimbursement or simple account management) is preferred.
