Description

Responsible for developing sales strategies and expanding the human resources and recruitment market.
Manage client relationships, understand client needs, and provide customized solutions.

Requirements

Educational Background: A minimum of a master's degree is required, with a focus on marketing, business management, or related fields.
Experience Level: 5-10 years of relevant work experience is required, with a preference for candidates with sales team management experience.
Skills and Abilities: Familiarity with project management, time management, team management, and human resources partnership; strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
