Watsons Entry Salesman Compensation Terms

Full-Time Program

• Fixed Salary: 1800 per month.
• Monthly Standard Award: 6000 plus 200.
• No leave requests allowed each month for six days off; total attendance award: 200.
• Sales exceeding 6000 per month will earn an 8% commission.
• Sales exceeding 10000 will earn a 10% commission.
• Working Hours: 11 AM - 7 PM, including a lunch break, totaling 8 hours.
• Work schedule consists of six working days followed by one day off; public holidays can be taken as paid leave, with work on those days compensated at 1.5 times the salary.

Part-Time Program

• 80 per day, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily, including a lunch break of at least 1 hour.
• If daily sales are less than 200, a 5% commission on sales will apply.
• If daily sales exceed 200, an 8% commission on sales will apply.
