  • Greet and escort customers to their tables
  • Present menu and provide detailed information when asked
  • Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses
  • Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software if required
  • Serve food and drink orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Deliver checks and collect payment
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other restaurant staff and management
  • Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
