Description

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent for sales positions
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies, especially for event management roles
  • Engage with industry professionals through networking and social media
  • Improve candidate experience and employer branding initiatives
  • Work with hiring director to forecast staffing needs in line with growth
  • Provide analysis of the talent market to inform strategic decision-making

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Local Diploma degree required.
  • Experience Level: No experience required; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Recruiting, Talent Management, Communication, Employee Relations, Hiring Practices, Social Recruitment, Campus Recruitment, Interpersonal Skills, and Candidate Screening.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: The Talent Acquisition specialist will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, coordinating with hiring managers, developing recruitment strategies, and managing the candidate experience.
  • Working Conditions: Dynamic office environment, may require occasional travel for campus recruitments or networking events.
  • Qualities and Traits: The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, has excellent judgement, and can maintain confidentiality. They should also be adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
