Responsibilities

• Oversee the hiring process from start to finish
• Create and post JDs, review applications, and conduct introductory calls
• Plan and coordinate technical rounds with relevant teams
• Make job offers to successful candidates and onboard them
• Collaborate with the marketing team for employer branding initiatives
• Design and assist with other HR processes as the requirements change with company growth

• A final year student looking for a 6-month internship with a potential for full-time conversion
