Description

Monthly Salary: Starting from $4200

Location: Pasir Ris

Hours: 10am - 10pm (9.5 hours of work with additional time for breaks)


- Familiar with the preparation of northern dim sum, such as xiao long bao:

- Ability to independently and proficiently make shengjianbao, dumplings, spring rolls, and other northern dim sum:

- Mastering steaming and boiling times and gas usage patterns:

- Responsible for the production of fried products:

- Diligently study the business to continuously improve the technical level of pastry making.

Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience in pastry work, with preference given to candidates with relevant experience:

- Ability to work under pressure:

- Attention to personal hygiene, including handwashing before tasks, regular laundering of work attire, and maintaining cleanliness:

- Strong team spirit, reliable, proactive, and a high sense of responsibility.
