Description
- Responsible for providing clients with professional beauty consultation services, understanding and analyzing their aesthetic needs.
- Design and recommend suitable beauty solutions and dietary pairing suggestions for clients.
- Monitor the effectiveness of client services and provide high-quality follow-up and satisfaction enhancement recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team to participate in formulating the company's market strategy for the integration of beauty and dining.
- Maintain customer relationships and promote innovative integration of beauty and dietary culture.
Requirements
Job Title: Aesthetic Beauty Consultant
- Educational Qualifications: No specific degree required; professional training or certification in related fields is preferred.
- Experience Level: 5-10 years of relevant work experience; background in beauty salons or cosmetic clinics is preferred.
- Skills and Abilities: Familiarity with industry-standard operating procedures, proficiency in basic beauty techniques and customer consultation skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Provide professional aesthetic consultations to clients, recommend suitable beauty solutions, supervise treatment processes, and ensure service quality.
- Working Conditions: Maintain a hygienic and safe working environment, adaptable to flexible working hours including weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Characteristics: Excellent communication skills, strong customer service orientation, teamwork spirit, and a commitment to continuous learning and updating industry knowledge.
