Description
Salary: Up to $2800/month (Full Time) / $18 per hour (Part Time)
Position: Service staff, Full Time / Part Time
Working schedule: 5 days, 44h (Full Time) / Part Time (Flexi)
- Customer Service: Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and courteous manner. Assist guests with menu selection and provide recommendations.
- Table Maintenance: Set and clear tables according to restaurant standards. Ensure tables are clean and presentable before seating guests. Monitor and replenish table supplies such as condiments, utensils, and napkins.
- Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately. Ensure orders are delivered to the correct table and meet guest expectations. Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Payment Processing: Process guest payments accurately, handling cash, credit cards, or electronic transactions.
- Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors. Adhere to food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other service staff members to provide excellent customer service. Other ad-hoc duties as assign by the Manager.
