Description
Proper table setting including setting up items such as crockery and menus
Replenish supplies such as napkins, tableware, and refill condiments
Usher customers to their tables
Present menus to customers, inform customers of promotional items, and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request
Take customers’ orders and prepare drinks and desserts for customers
Serve food and beverages to customers
Clean tables after customers have finished dining and take dishes to the kitchen for cleaning
Perform cashiering duties as needed
Perform opening and closing duties such as drink preparation and housekeeping
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors

Assist customers with billing
Responsible for food and beverage preparation and cleaning tasks during opening and closing
Perform other reasonable tasks assigned by supervisors
Requirements
Minimum GCE N-Level or ITE qualifications
Able to perform split shifts and work on weekends and public holidays
F&B experience is an asset but not essential
Good communication skills and ability to engage with customers with a smile at all times
Pleasant and cheerful personality, energetic, and a team player
Willing to learn and has a passion for the service industry
Committed to providing the highest quality of service at all times
Able to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Possess WSQ Food & Hygiene Certificate
Knowledge of basic mathematics (Cashier)
Familiarity with POS system
Possess at least a secondary education or relevant qualifications
Able to work shifts and on weekends and public holidays
Experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred
Good communication skills, able to engage with customers and maintain a friendly demeanor
Cheerful personality, energetic, and possesses team spirit
Ambitious and passionate about food service
Exhibits a positive service attitude
Able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
Possess a basic food hygiene course certificate
Have basic mathematical knowledge (Cashier)
Able to operate a POS system
