Description :

  • Identify potential clients, leveraging networks in the targeted market and secure business opportunities
  • Leading the entire sales process from understanding prospect needs, preparing pitches, conducting software demonstrations, negotiating to closing deals
  • Prospect, acquire and grow new Bossjob client accounts
  • Become a subject matter expert on our business product, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news
  • Attend key industry events and conferences
  • Leading pre-sales and post-sales follow up; ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing clients

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in recruitment industry
  • Experience with lead generation and prospect management
  • Experience in SaaS products will be advantage
  • Exceptional presentation skills and/or public speaking experienceInitiative and good communication skill
  • Strategic, consultative, and analytical sales approach, with a focus on building sustainable partnerships with clients
  • Target driven with track record of thriving in a dynamic environment
  • Willing to travel across region as business requires
