Description
- To achieve monthly sales target
- To actively approach, attend & attract all walk-in customers
- To provide excellent customer service, build strong and long-lasting relationships with customers
- Plan and execute daily and monthly stock ordering and stock count
- Ensure proper store maintenance, eg; display, lightings etc..
- Ensure promotions are carried out effectively and efficiently
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ level, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in F&B / Retail Operations industry
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and sales driven
- Flexibility to work on evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed
