• Process sales orders (PO, DO, Invoices and administrative duties)
• Carry out B2B for live seafood purchase & B2C for aquatic life / product purchase
• Update sales and customer records
• Liaise and follow up with existing local and overseas customers for orders via online chat, phone calls, and emails
• Keep the data record of harvesting and tagging of Arowana’s movement
• To count and record the number of arowana’s eggs
• Other ad hoc duties assigned
