Description

  • Consult and engage with clients about Real Yoga's services, identifying their needs to tailor personalized solutions.
  • Drive sales by proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market.
  • Leverage previous Yoga and wellness knowledge would be advantageous in customizing offers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies within our dynamic "Others" industry context.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a high/senior high school degree required.
  • Experience Level:
  • Entry-level position, less than 1 year of experience necessary.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong negotiation and teamwork capabilities.
  • Proven cold calling and lead generation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Adept in giving presentations and demonstrating products/services.
  • Proficient in using CRM software for sales pipeline management.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Fluent in the English language.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • Creative problem-solving proficiency.
  • Commitment to high-quality service delivery.
  • Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Engage with potential clients through cold calling and lead generation.
  • Conduct sales presentations to showcase products/services.
  • Foster and cultivate long-term customer relationships.
  • Work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies.
  • Manage client expectations and deliver exceptional service.
  • Update customer information in the CRM system.
