Description

The Retail Sales Assistant cum Admin professional drives revenue growth and enhances brand visibility by developing and executing sales strategies. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential for effective communication with diverse clients and partners.

Requirements

  • Assisting customers with product inquiries and purchase decisions.
  • Processing sales transactions and handling cash or credit card payments.
  • Maintaining a tidy and organised sales floor and merchandise displays.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and restocking products as needed.
  • Providing excellent customer service and addressing any complaints or concerns.
  • Collaborating with other sales team members to meet sales goals and targets.
  • Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Performing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls.
  • Any adhoc task required by management
