Job Description

RetailCashieringPOS Customer ServiceCoordination

Description

  • Cashiering, operation of POS system, Nets & VISA machines
  • Generate daily sales report
  • Compile monthly sales report
  • Update product barcodes in POS system
  • Update new membership & warranty cards’ details
  • Handle phone calls, emails, facebook enquiries / complaints
  • Coordination of tour bookings
  • Basic knowledge of product varieties and brands
  • General Housekeeping
