Description :
• Fully master all service operations.
• Train & guide service & bar staff in accordance to company's mission, vision and values.
• Ensure good working environment, which in turn increases employee experience in the company.
• Take lead in cultivating good mannerism in the outlet and increasing customer experience.
• Execute outlet action plans with goals in mind.
• Lead daily operations and propose improvement plans of working practices and personal efficiency.
• Support outlet manager and senior outlet managers to achieve company/brand/outlet goals.
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements :
• At least 2 years’ experience in F&B industry.
• Preferably with 1 year supervisor/captain/assistant manager experience.
• Passionate in F&B and great customer service.
