Description
- Conduct assigned inspection and testing activities, following the established quality plan.
- Perform visual, incoming, in-process, and final inspections on products to confirm compliance with specifications.
- Execute Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods, including Penetrant Testing and Ultrasonic Testing, as required.
- Operate and maintain the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to ensure dimensional accuracy of components.
- Verify that all products meet applicable test specifications, codes, standards, and customer requirements.
- Prepare and submit quality reports, certifications, and other required documentation for internal and external review.
- Clearly identify and document the inspection status of each product to ensure accurate traceability and quality control.
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
- Holds at least an NDT Level II certification in UT, MPI, or DPI under ASNT or PCN standards.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in QA/QC roles.
- Skilled in interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Previous exposure to or experience in the oil & gas industry is an advantage.
