Job Description

Description

·      Responsible for purchasing physical/virtual software products from the Company’s various vendors;

·      Execute full set of purchasing process (sourcing, RFQ, negotiation, shipping and follow-up on deliveries);

·      Responsible for handling the day to day purchasing activities of the Company;

·      Responsible for obtaining information/data regarding issues which may affect the purchasing lead times;

·      In charge of maintaining the Company’s inventory integrity and assist in stock takes when required;

·      In charge of tracking/monitoring the Company’s orders, ensuring that the goods/products are received timely;

·      In charge of resolving purchasing issues examples late shipments, product quality, etc.;

·      Responsible for documentation on purchasing activities (vendor code set-up, purchasing database maintenance, matching and submission of PO/PI/SO/Invoice to Accounts);

·      Update weekly/monthly reports timely;

·      All other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

·      Minimum Diploma in any relevant field of studies;

·      Minimum 1 year of relevant purchasing experience;

·      Good team player and able to complete tasks assigned in shortest timeline;

·      Strong sense of urgency, attention to details and highly responsible;

·      Proficient in Excel and good with basic formulas & VLookUp;

·      NAVision knowledge preferred;

·      Able to start immediately or within short notice preferred;

·      Required language: English and Mandarin (coordinate with English and Chinese speaking suppliers).
