1. Operational Strategy Development:
Responsible for formulating and implementing the overall operational strategy of the exchange, including user growth, liquidity enhancement, and market promotion;
Develop and execute user growth strategies to enhance user engagement, trading volume, and platform retention;
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute various user activities to increase brand awareness and user participation.
2. Product Optimization and Innovation:
Work closely with the product team to drive optimization and innovation of platform features to enhance user experience;
Monitor and provide feedback on user needs to facilitate the launch of new features and trading products.
3. Compliance and Security Management:
Ensure the operation of the exchange complies with local regulatory requirements, working closely with the legal team;
Develop and optimize risk control measures to ensure trading safety and fund security on the platform.
4. Daily Operations and Cross-Department Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with technical, product, marketing, customer service, legal, and other teams to ensure projects are advanced on time and meet expected goals;
As the core leader of the operations team, nurture team members and enhance the overall operational efficiency of the team.
Responsible for the daily operational tasks of the platform, ensuring smooth and secure operation of the exchange;
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Management, or related fields;
2. Familiarity with the operating models of exchanges and user behavior analysis, with successful user growth or marketing experience, and a preference for candidates with more than 4 years of operational experience in digital currency exchanges;
3. Understand the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry, with market sensitivity and the ability to judge industry trends;
4. Strong ability to handle pressure and solve problems, capable of adapting to a rapidly changing environment;
5. Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, able to communicate seamlessly with international teams and partners.
