• 2 way transport provided from working location to MRT

Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain packaging and powder transport systems, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and cGMP standards.
• Follow procedures for unloading all raw materials and additives, ensuring proper handling and storage.
• Record all relevant packaging data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
• Take samples and perform analysis to maintain quality control throughout the packaging process.
• Detect and report any malfunctions of machines, conducting front-line troubleshooting as necessary.
• Identify and report any non-conformities in packaging materials (e.g., bags) to ensure quality standards are met.
• Work closely with maintenance staff to resolve issues on the production line efficiently.
• Contribute to the writing and updating of operational manuals and instructions for packaging processes.
• Apply adequate knowledge of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles to maintain food safety standards.
• Operate various packaging machines (e.g., wrapping and packing machines) effectively.
• Assist in shipment preparation, including picking, loading, and unloading products.
• Participate in lean projects such as 5S and SMED workgroups to enhance operational efficiency.
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to assist in material handling.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Packaging Technician or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of cGMP and HACCP principles.
• Familiarity with packaging machinery and equipment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Forklift certification preferred.
