Description

  • Manage daily admin and kitchen operations together with the team to reach daily goals
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports to be sent to the office (invoice, petty cash, monthly attendance, Payroll reporting etc.)
  • Work together with the Kitchen Supervisor in daily and monthly stock maintenance, ordering and inventory.
  • Assist District Managers in preparing the monthly and yearly Food and Beverage division budget.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the team and the company.
  • Conduct and schedule trainings for new staffs.
  • Conduct briefings and performance appraisals to gauge staffs’ knowledge and guide them towards their career path.
  • Motivate the team in achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets.
  • Act as a supporting & rotating role to perform duties of the Artist, and Prep as needed.


Requirements

  • Has excellent conversational skills and knowledge in the English language.
  • Has a sense of leadership and ownership.
  • Has pleasing personality and with sense of urgency and responsibility.
  • Has at least 2 years of managerial experience in the F&B industry is advantegous.
