Description

  1. Research and draft legal memorandums on topics such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate and regulatory requirements, intellectual property, employment issues, directors' duties, Singapore capital markets, and green hydrogen developments;
  2. Support the due diligence process and the closing of cross-border transactions;
  3. Assist Chinese companies in expanding to Singapore by guiding them through company registration, Employment Pass applications, and providing updates on Singapore's corporate laws and regulations;
  4. Deliver expert legal advice and maintain client-focused communication.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher, majoring in Law;
  2. Strong understanding of Singapore's local culture and business environment, with in-depth knowledge of corporate laws and regulatory requirements in Singapore; preference for Singaporean citizens or permanent residents;
  3. Mature personality, capable of working under high pressure and in complex environments with a positive attitude;
  4. Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal.
