Dessert Station:

• Prepare and plate traditional Japanese desserts according to restaurant standards.
• Ensure desserts are presented aesthetically and in a timely manner.

Age (Deep Fry) Station:

• Execute deep-frying techniques for a variety of ingredients including tempura.
• Monitor oil temperature and maintain proper frying techniques to achieve desired results.

Soba Making:

• Skillfully craft traditional Japanese soba noodles from scratch.
• Follow SOP to produce high-quality soba noodles consistently.

Soba Cooking:

• Cook soba noodles to perfection according to SOP.

Setter:

• Ensure proper portioning and presentation of each dish before serving to guests.

Additional Housekeeping Duties:

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.
