Description
- Preparation of diverse high-quality menu items, adhering to Shake Shack's recipes.
- Ensuring kitchen equipment and work areas are kept clean and sanitary.
- Collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Stock management and engaging in inventory control procedures.
- Maintaining safety standards in compliance with company guidelines and food regulations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No specific education required
- Experience Level: Open to candidates with no experience 3>Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, stewarding practices, and a strong attention to detail
- Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, assist in food preparation, and ensure all utensils and surfaces are sanitized
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, requires ability to work under pressure and stand for long periods
- Qualities and Traits: Punctual, reliable, team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
