Description

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals within the Accounting & Finance industry.
  • Oversee and manage a sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Establish and nurture strong client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Represent Victory Association at industry events and professional associations.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a High/Senior High School degree.
  • Experience Level: No experience required; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and implement sales strategies, manage sales teams, oversee large client accounts, and drive company revenue goals.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting with potential for travel, regular full-time hours with additional hours as needed.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, decisiveness, high motivation, resilience, and an ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
  • Age 18 and above
