• Provide technical support for Windows, Mac, and Linux desktop environments.
• Manage and troubleshoot Google Drive and Google Sheets issues.
• Configure and maintain RDP and VDI environments.
• Administer and troubleshoot Linux and Windows servers.
• Provide support for LastPass, web hosting, email servers, and cloud servers.
• Monitor and manage networks using tools like PRTG and Nagios.
• Ensure network security and address any security issues as they arise.
• Knowledge of network security practices.

Desired Skills:

• Command line scripting.
• Windows task scheduler.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support in a small to mid sized business.
