The Technology Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their technical needs, and ensuring that the right products are recommended and delivered. This role involves creating detailed proposals, asking the right questions to avoid technical mismatches, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process. The successful candidate will also collaborate closely with the sales and procurement teams to

ensure a smooth ordering process.



  • Engage with customers to identify their technology needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Create detailed proposals and ensure all necessary hardware, software, and accessories are accounted for.
  • Ask key questions to ensure compatibility of products (e.g., verifying connections, additional accessories such as mice, keyboards, etc.).
  • Manage the procurement process, including placing orders, tracking shipments, and coordinating with vendors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing support throughout the sales process and following up after product delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth processing of orders and fulfillment of customer requirements.
  • Upsell additional products or services when appropriate.
  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends and product offerings to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements


● Strong understanding of technology products, including hardware (e.g., monitors, laptops), and the ability to troubleshoot basic compatibility issues.

● Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the technology sector.

● Excellent communication skills with the ability to ask key technical questions to ensure the right products are ordered.

● Experience with procurement processes, including placing orders, managing vendor relationships, and following up on deliveries.

● Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to handle technical inquiries and customer concerns.

● Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong customer Focus.

● Previous experience working with tech companies or in tech sales roles.
