Be involved in making decisions, giving suggestions, learning the ropes of how to open a Cafe, and contribute to high service standards to ensure that our customers will have a positive dining experience!

Job Scope;

• Give suggestions to our menu creation team, working with the chefs and stakeholders to create menus that meet the brand's concept, target market, and budget
• Collaborating with other departments to derive SOPs and ensure smooth operations
• Be involved in giving feedback and suggestions to create and implement F&B strategies for the business
• Be involved in giving feedback and suggestions on the look and feel of the outlet to create a conducive atmosphere for our customers

Other day to day responsibilities;

• Greeting and ushering customers
• Taking food and beverages orders
• Ensuring that all equipments are functioning and well maintained
• Ensuring food is made correctly and presented well before serving to the customers
• Following health and food safety standards
• Ensuring there are sufficient supplies and stocks for daily operations
• Cleaning tables and maintaining hygiene standards
• Handling complaints
• Managing reservations

Salary:

• SGD2300 - SGD2800 per month depending on experience
