Responsibilities:.
- Oversee the daily operations of the outlet for efficient operations.
- Oversee both front and back of house operations
- Train and guide new staffs in their job duties as well as the continuous training of existing staff and work performance
- Supervise employee activities to conform to established standards and policies
- Ensure employees follow operational practices, hygiene rules and quality standards
- Response quickly to customer complaints or feedback to ensure high quality customer service and satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same
- Plan and assign daily workloads to team members.
- Plan team members’ work schedules and compile timesheet
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
- Handle food and beverage preparation and ensure desired quality and standards are achieved
- Develop marketing strategies to improve sales and profitability
- Provide excellent service experience to all customers
- Ensure that policies and standard operating procedures are strictly adhered to
- Monitor and ensure the quality of food, guest services, hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness to achieve total customer satisfaction and meet the company’s standards
- Analyze and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner
- Oversee purchasing to stay within budget
- Assist in recruitment and performance review
- Plan and supervise the marketing and promotion activities to attract more customers.
- Conduct regular repairs and maintenance for F&B equipment
- Able to perform additional duties as requested by the Management as and when required
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience preferred in the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Strong Multi-Tasking skills
- Customer-Centric
- Strong leadership skills, mature, outgoing & guest-oriented, good communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Able to work independently and withstand pressure
- Able to perform Flexi shifts, and able to work on weekends & public holidays.
- 6 days work week
