Manage the company’s e-commerce platform, including products listings, writing products descriptions and after sales service.
Optimize the company's e-commerce platform, ensuring that it is easy to use, visually appealing, and functions smoothly.
Develop and implement e-commerce strategies that increase online sales and drive customer engagement.
Work with the sales team to create and implement campaigns that drive traffic to the company's e-commerce site and increase conversions.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the brand, products, and services through various channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and advertising.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and marketing and incorporate this knowledge into the company's e-commerce and marketing strategies.
Liaise with managers to run promotions and campaigns across channels to achieve sales targets.
Creation of marketing collaterals – including EDMs, POSM, Site Banners, Social Media Content etc.
Management of social media accounts – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
Support in marketing/trade/retail tasting events with set up and organizationAd-hoc marketing related work/ events
Requirements
1 year of relevant work experience required for this role.
ITE Certificate or higher in Business/Marketing/Computer Science/ IT/.
Analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform e-commerce and marketing strategies.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and advertising.
Knowledge of WordPress, Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator, HTML and basic photography skills.
Able to use MS Outlook, Office Word, Excel.
Graphic design background will be advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Result oriented, self-motivated, resourceful, IT-savvy and meticulous with an eye for details.
A good team player and able to work independently and manage multiple projects
