Description
- Report to the Dim Sum Supervisor
- Assist in the preparation of menu items for Dim Sum Section
- Assist in managing discipline, cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area
- Adhere to hygiene and safety standards
- Assist in bi-monthly stock take
- Adhere to company’s standard operating procedures
- Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- At least 1 years of experience in a similar Production Kitchen concept
- Strict sense of hygiene and safety standards
