Propose Marketing idea, plan and organize marketing campaign/ brand building
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including media buying, social media management, content marketing, and conversion optimisation
Develop digital campaigns to increase interaction and engagement on social media platforms to create store traffic and sales opportunities.
Manage marketing campaigns such as Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, TikTok and etc
Develop and create visual asset design, video, and image for website and social media content
Explore and recommend creative ways to reach out to the target audience and continuously engage consumers through digital platforms.
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads, optimising plans & budgets for follower growth and engagement.
Analyze campaign data, identify insights, and recommend actionable strategies for improvement.
New digital/social channel planning & explore partnership opportunities
Monitor current market conditions as well as competitors' information to improve effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in marketing or equivalent qualification
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related role will be advantages.
Good interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem solving and resourceful
Able to work independently and self-motivated
Willing to learn attitude, adaptable.
Proficient in Social media platform and online design tool.
