Job Responsibilities:

1. Design and development of a one-stop data middle platform, covering modules such as data collection, job scheduling, data quality, metadata management, and indicator management.

2. Building and maintaining service components of the big data platform, continuously optimizing and improving the existing technical framework to ensure high availability, stability, and a low-latency quality service experience.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data support and solutions.

Job Requirements:

1. More than 3 years of development experience in a production environment related to big data

2. Familiar with the Hadoop ecosystem, proficient in mainstream big data technologies such as Hadoop, Flink, Hive, Kafka, Starrocks, and Sqoop; candidates with research experience in the source code of Hadoop and Flink are preferred

3. Strong engineering capabilities with a solid foundation, proficient in Java, and familiar with languages such as Python and Shell

4. Experience with overall design processes and implementation in large projects is preferred

5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, enthusiastic about summarizing and sharing knowledge, proactive, driven, and possess team spirit, ownership mentality, and sense of responsibility
