Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and committed Customer Service Representative to work for a renowned medical device clinic.


As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline of our customer interactions, ensuring positive experiences and satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering strong relationships with our valued customers.


Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interactions: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and comprehensive information about our products/services.
  • Customer Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential customers through leads to encourage sales and upselling opportunities.
  • Issue Resolution: Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, demonstrating empathy and a commitment to finding satisfactory solutions.
  • Order Processing: Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and tracking, ensuring a seamless purchasing process.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products/services to provide informed assistance and make suitable recommendations.
  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions, ensuring a thorough and organized record of customer communications.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English and Mandarin speaking
  • Proven customer service experience or relevant background.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
