Description

  • Assist the Sous chef and Operations Chef in food preparation.
  • Set-up the workstation with all the needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
  • Check the quality of ingredients.
  • Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas at all given time.
  • Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
  • Monitor stock and place order when there are shortages.

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of kitchen experience
  • Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
  • Ability to follow instructions including all sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work in a team environment
