Convergint Philippines marked a significant milestone on 20th September 2023 with the inauguration of its new CTC in Manila. The opening of the Manila CTC signifies the company’s continued commitment to service excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction, and to delivering cutting-edge security and audio-visual (AV) solutions and services for its growing network of customers in the Philippines and the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. Located in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), a key financial business district in Metro Manila, the new CTC is equipped with state-of-the-art technologies and AV capabilities. It not only serves as an office space for Convergint’s fast-expanding Philippines team, but also functions as a security and AV demo facility, allowing customers and partners the opportunity to experience firsthand Convergint’s outstanding solutions and services. The highlight of the opening event was the launch of the Manila Service Operations Centre (SOC), which is housed within the Manila CTC. As the newest and largest SOC in the APAC region, following dedicated centres in Shanghai, Melbourne and Bangkok, the Manila SOC is strategically positioned to serve Convergint’s customer base across APAC. Fitted with an impressive 4.8m wide LED monitoring wall and operated by a team of skilled experts, the Manila SOC offers the highest levels of 24/7 customer support and protection.
