We are one of the world’s leading business process outsourcing (BPO) companies that caters to customers across APAC, Europe, and U.S. We offer smart business sourcing solutions to our customers for them to achieve efficient business processes, freedom to focus on their core business, and reach their business goals.We operate our business in three major divisions:• Managed Services: Effectively performs back-office functions, administrative, financial, people services support, and commercial services committed to service level and key performance indicators.• Transaction Services: Operating 24/7 that specializes on digital document solutions such as data entry and validation services.• Information Technology Operations: Offers service desk solutions, IT outsourcing services, and highly technical aspects on clouds solutions, security services, infrastructure and server management, professional services, and technology support.Established in July 2010 in the Philippines, the company started operations with only 15 employees servicing one client. From then on, we have grown exponentially to over 800 employees and continues to grow across sites in Makati, Ortigas, and Angeles City, Pampanga with main office located at 15F Marajo Tower, 312 26th Street West cor. 4th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.Our corporate structure is solidified by these key milestones:• The company is a result of the consolidation of Converga Asia, Inc. and Harbour IT Asia, which started operations in the Philippines in 2010 and 2012, respectively• We officially carried our new legal entity name of Canon Business Service Centre Philippines, Inc. effective 01 January 2019The company obtained ISO 9001:2008 certification from SAI Global Limited, which is focused on meeting customer expectations and delivering customer satisfaction.
