Responsibilities:

1. New User Acquisition: Leverage user resources in blockchain, investment, funds, stocks, and cryptocurrency sectors to meet departmental acquisition targets and assist the operations team with new user conversions. Develop acquisition cadence and methods, and lead the team to achieve user growth objectives.

2. Channel Development: Demonstrate excellence in identifying and integrating new marketing channels. Deliver high-quality market placement plans and consolidate resources effectively. Identify and develop diverse sales and promotion channels, including but not limited to news media, vertical media, investment communities, industry influencers, app downloads, SEO, quantitative teams, strategy consultants, and investment instructors. Examples include Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Google SEO, Google Play, Cointelegraph, CNN, Feixiaohao, Jinse Finance, BiShiJie, CoinMarketCap, and Biyong.

3. KPI Achievement: Establish targets and plans for new user acquisition, channel expansion, and user conversion metrics. Lead the team in producing actionable marketing and event plans for different phases and collaborate on executing effective promotional initiatives.

4. Department Management: Lead the team to develop and execute market strategies aligned with operational and product cycles. Propose process optimizations and efficiency improvements for marketing and sales workflows. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to implement all market plans and complete tasks beyond the scope of junior staff. Manage team roles and assignments to maximize each member’s strengths and foster orderly growth.

5. Market Research: Provide accurate market analysis and insights, demonstrate strong research capabilities, and monitor market dynamics continuously.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above. Basic knowledge of stock investment and personal investment experience required. Professional marketing management background. Cryptocurrency trading experience is a plus.

2. At least 5 years of experience in the cryptocurrency or financial investment industries, or at least 4 years of experience in stock or fund investment, in any country.

3. Resource Network: A minimum of 10 blockchain industry media or community channels, or 20 industry influencer contacts, or 30 other core resource connections.

4. Communication Skills: Clear articulation, strong proficiency in both English and Chinese, and a strong drive for performance. Basic understanding of customer psychology and a problem-solving mindset.

Language Requirements: English and Chinese

Industry Requirements: Experience in similar roles, with leadership experience in token listing or derivatives.
