Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the sales of blockchain-related products and services, including but not limited to Web3 projects, blockchain solutions, and consulting services.

Independently manage client engagements from requirement discussions, solution presentations, and price negotiations to deal closure and payment collection.

Develop new client resources, maintain existing client relationships, and enhance customer repeat purchases and referrals.

Collaborate with BD, technical, and operations teams to facilitate smooth project implementation.

Regularly consolidate sales progress and market feedback, assisting in optimizing sales strategies.

Job Requirements:

Age 23–40, with over 1 year of sales experience; experience in blockchain, finance, or sales is preferred.

Familiarity with blockchain fundamentals (e.g., Web3, wallets, chains, smart contracts, crypto assets, etc.).

Strong communication skills and a deal-closing mindset, capable of independently driving client decisions.

Highly goal-oriented, results-driven, and able to perform well under pressure.

Proficiency in English and Chinese communication is a plus (not mandatory).
