• Washing of operating equipment 

• Ensure kitchen floor is properly sanitized 

• Garbage disposal and maintenance of the disposal area 

• Proper handling of the equipment usage 

• To store supplies and goods in storage area in an orderly manner 

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Physically fit 

• Able to work in a hot and humid environment 

• Able to start work immediately or within short notice
